Science teachers, please announce and invite your students to attend the SCJAS Winter Workshop on March 7, 2009 at the SC State Museum, Columbia.  Any student interested in attending the workshop, THE HISTORY AND FUTURE OF MEDICINE, can register and find details of the workshop events at http://www.scacadscience.org/. Students can be but do not have to be part of an organized school group or be members of the SC Junior Academy of Science to attend.  Museum admission, including the special exhibit, contests and speakers as well as lunch for the registration fee of $10 or $14 with T-shirt.  Online registration deadline is February 23rd. Grades 8-12.
